A SWEET ESCAPE…
A room set for 150 guests in Ko Olina, Oahu transformed into a lush atmosphere through layered sheer fabrics, pipe-and-drape treatments, and warm architectural lighting. Designed with locally sourced, adaptable materials, the space was centered around creating a soft halo glow that enhanced the event branding while accentuating the venue’s existing ceiling structures and architectural lines. The result was an immersive setting that felt refined, inviting, and effortlessly elevated.
MULTIPLE ITERATIONS OF THE STAGE SET WERE RENDERED ONCE THE FLOORPLAN FOOTPRINT WAS ESTABLISHED. THIS ENSURED THE BUILD OUT OF THE LED OUT BOARDS WORKED WITH CONTENT, PROVIDED THE CORRECT SCALE FOR VISIBILITY, AND COHESIVELY TIED INTO THE LOOK + FEEL MCS ESTABLISHED. WE ULTIMATELY LANDED ON CURVED LED SCREENS SO THEY SEAMLESSLY INTEGRATED INTO THE ARCHITECTURE OF OUR ROUNDED, ILLUMIATED SET PIECES + PROVIDED THE MOST VISIBILITY THROUGHOUT THE ROOM
